Based on the demand of the Government of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan to create a Natural conservation area in Farah Province for the protection of Animals and birds, Al-Garrafah Foundation will implement a project on the area of living and the establishment of types of parks. Farah province, with its vast plains, is suitable for this project. One of the reasons for choosing this area is the Unstoppable nature of these plains. In fact, there is no agricultural activity in this area, and there is no interest in
from other domestic and foreign Donors for implementing projects in Farah province. Therefore, the foundation decided to make the best use of the plains of Farah province. On the other hand, Farah province is among the third and least attention-grabbing provinces in Afghanistan, which has received less attention from different donors, organisations, and investors. This indicator also paved the way for the Al-Garrafah foundation to bring attention, mentality, and investors towards the development of Farah province with this project.
