Al-Gharrafa Charity Foundation signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Independent Civil Aviation Authority to reduce Afghanistan’s air transportation problems, helping Afghanistan’s economic development by strengthening aeronautical services and developing Afghanistan’s air transport infrastructure in line with international standards. Based on the materials of this Memorandum and the request of the Government of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, the foundation committed itself to rebuild Farah Airport and providing its equipments.
