Al-Gharrafa has built a wall at a height of 370 centimeters for 800 jeribs of land that has leased the government of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan.The wall was built at 5110 meters, with 3 meters of stone and 70 cm of brushed wire. The construction of the wall was completed in 2015 for a value of US $ 500,000.

Al Gharrafa foundation created a Guesthouse for domestic and foreign visitors who visit an agricultural farm in 2015. The guesthouse has 9 bedrooms equipped with a bath and toilet, and 3 large reception rooms at a cost of $ 179,760 It has been built.

Al-Gharrafa has built 2 containers in size 18 * 30 in agricultural farm that stores and maintains equipment and food related to the farm.The construction of these containers in 2015 was worth $ 79,000, which later rose to $ 87,943 due to the internal insulation of containers.

َAlgharrafa has drilled four wells for irrigation of farmland. The depth of these wells is 60, 55 and 50 meters, with the energy required by solar power. There are also two wells with a 4-inch pump and the other with a three-inch pump. The work of the wells above $ 12,600 has been completed.

Al-Gharrafa for keeping animals in open space has built a place in its agricultural farm at a cost of $ 6610.

The Institute established a place to eat grass and drink water for deer and goats for price of $ 15,000 in its farm.

The foundation has hired a number of security guards inside the farm to provide security. There are also 8 guard towers and 4 guard rooms. The project was completed at a total value of $ 9,400.

Algharrafa for production of electricity and water in its agricultural farm has used the Solar system. The electricity produced by this system is used for Bird breeding center, Falcon building, guesthouse, water wells and other parts of the farm. These project are in price of 313,336$.

There are also three rooms for keeping the solar system , battery and charging controls in which the dead power turns into live electricity. These rooms were in price of 22,500$.

The Foundation has been providing and installing 360 cages with environmental criteria for storing Houbara birds in several stages.

The foundation has built a building for farmers, workers and security guards. The building has a total area of 300 square meters with a bath, a septic well and 6 rooms. The project is in price of 55,000$ to be completed.

Algharrafa has built a bridge for transportation in price of $ 4,600 in an agricultural farm.

A building of a mosque with a total area of 161 square meters, an ablution place, 3 toilets, a kitchen and two septic tanks for a price of 130,000.
